I got to know about Arirotoys from Shark Tank and was curious to try their products.
Finally I liked pushwagon for my one year baby and ordered the same.
I got the same delivered to me very neatly packed and with very good quality finishing. My daughter enjoyed using the same, however after 2-3 weeks of usage one crack appeared and one part broke. While my family suggested to get the same repaired I just thought of sharing the same with Ariro and the process after that impressed me a lot.
Not only it was damn easy to reach customer care (via WhatsApp , no long IVR waits, Emails etc) but the concerned person resolved my query in a matter of minutes and despatched the new part without charging anything etc.
I am very impressed with their products and even more with their service levels. I would recommend arirotoys to anyone who is looking for good quality wooden toys for the young ones.
